1. Click on the "View Photos" button in the email you received from Fotosko
2. Enter the email address you used to create your account
3. Enter the password you have created. Don't you remember? Click on Forgot password and you will receive an email to reset it.
Repeat Steps 1 & 2 if you have more than 1 child.

2. Enter your email address, this will become your username
3. Create a password and complete the requested information.
By doing so, your child's photos will be linked to your user account. You can come back to it at any time by simply going to boutique.fotosko.com and logging in with your email as your username and entering the password you created.

If you do not wish to access photos from previous years, simply click on the "SEE PICTURES" button in the email and create your new account.
If you want to keep your access to photos from previous years (taken by Fotosko)...
You will need to update your email address in your account.
Here's how.
1. Go to boutique.fotosko.com and scroll down to the bottom of the page and click on SIGN IN.
2. Enter your username (the email address you used to create your account) and your password. Can't remember your password? Click on Forgot Password
and you will receive an email to reset it.
3. Click My Account and then select Settings.
4. Click on Modify username
5. Enter your new email address and save
6. Now go to the email you received from Fotosko and click on the "SEE PICTURES" button.
Yes. As the system requires a phone number, just enter 111-111-1111 if you don't have a cell phone or don't want to reveal it. However, be sure to enter a valid email address in order to be notified when your photos will be available and to be able to access and order your photos. You will not receive proofs or order envelopes.
No. You only need to create an account the first time you do business with Fotosko. However, you will need to update your email address in your account.
Here's how.
ADD A CHILD
1. Click on the “SEE PHOTOS” button in the email of the 1st child you received from Fotosko.
2. Enter your email address, this will become your username
3. Create a password and complete the requested information or if you already had an account with Fotosko simply enter the password you created during initial registration.
Then repeat step 1 for each of your children.
YES absolutely! Here are different options:
Multiple children in a single order
1. Make sure you have linked the photo galleries of all your children (see tutorial How to add a child)
2. Select a package and choose the poses and layouts (for more details on how to do, see tutorial How to order) and add to cart.
Change gallery (see photo a.) and repeat steps 1 and 2
Multiple kids in 1 package
In the exclusive deals section, only the FAMILY pack allows you to order photos for more than one child in a single pack. You can even make montages/collages and frame them or offer them as is.
1. Make sure you have linked the photo galleries of all your children (see tutorial How to add a child)
2. Choose the theFAMILY pack.
3. By default the system will put the photos of only one child. You will have to add the photos of the 2nd, 3rd child manually by selecting the child's gallery at the top left, choosing the photo box and clicking on Insert image.
You can also combine several children on a single print.
A print sheet with modules allows you to choose the number of images (modules) that will be printed on the 8x10 sheet. Several layout templates are available. When you choose a layout, the modules will be populated by default but you can change the photos to your liking. An 8x10 print sheet can contain 1 to 16 photos.
To make an Interac transfer:
1. Proceed to checkout to see the total amount with taxes and shipping costs.
2. Go to your bank's website or transactional application and follow the Interac transfer procedures.
3. Send your Interac payment to INFO@FOTOSKO.COM
4. Security Question: CHILD'S NAME AND GROUP (ex: Emma Savard gr 502)
